She passed away peacefully in her home, which her and her late husband John Baltitas Sr. first purchased for their growing family in 1961.
A generous mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and wife, she was and forever will be loved by many.
Following in the footsteps of Saint Francis, she was a devoted member of the Third Order of Saint Francis.
Helen was a hard working woman with a cheerful smile and was a particularly talented baker and cook.
Her family cherishes the memories of tables filled with Helen’s home made cookies and chocolates, Saturday night card parties, many camping trips with the whole family and Helen’s flourishing gardens that provided many, many tomatoes.
Helen is survived by daughters Catherine and Sue, son John Baltitas II, grand children Anthony, Dina, Cory, John Baltitas III and Autumn and great grandchildren Gianna, Dominic and Antonio.
