He was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Alejandro Figueroa and Isabel Figueroa Rodriguez. Ismael was the beloved husband of the late Gladys Feliciano Figueroa; loving father of Grimelda Figueroa (deceased), Alberto Figueroa (deceased), Francisca Figueroa Villanueva (Angel), Elida Figueroa Caraballo (Frank), Ismael Figueroa Jr. and Jose "Tito" Figueroa and step-father of Marcos Feliciano, Nancy Rivera and Vincent Orengo Jr. (deceased); cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of many; dear brother of Elvira Figueroa, Porfirio Figueroa (Guillerna), Miguel Figueroa (Maria), Aramita Ruiz (Iluminado), Elena Figueroa, Francisco Figueroa (deceased) and Nalida Figueroa (Jose Torres); adored uncle and friend of many.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 4PM-8PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
