Born on April 21, 1957, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, Joella was the beloved daughter of Dorothy Collier (née Cook) and the late Thomas Hobert Collier.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Collier; her son William Anderson, his wife Sara, and their son Tommy, of Cleveland, Ohio. Joella was a proud grandmother to Tommy, who was the light of her life and brought her endless joy. His laughter and energy filled her days with happiness, and she cherished every moment spent with him.
Though she made her home in Cleveland, Joella’s heart always remained in Kentucky where she is also survived by many beloved family members and friends who held a special place in her life.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In keeping with her wishes, Joella’s ashes will be interred alongside her loving parents at River Road Cemetery in LaGrange, Ohio.
