Juanita (meaning God is Gracious) M Muniz, age 86, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Jose Antonio and daughter of the late Tomas and Juana Mendez. Beloved mother of Jose (Deidre, dec.) Muniz, Miguel Muniz, Alberto (Vicki) Muniz and Sandy (Jose) Rodriguez; cherished grandmother of Ericka, Meagan, Mikie, Anthony, Adam, and Alexis and great-grandmother to seven.

Juanita "Mama" was the most beautiful and vibrant soul. You just couldn't help but smile when you were around her. She has touched the lives of everyone she's met, and made everybody, including strangers, feel nothing but loved and cared for. Her smile would light up a room, her laughter was contagious, her kindness was beautiful, and her strength was admirable.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 at 10AM at La Sagrada Familia Church, 7719 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44102.
