Cherished brother of Greg Bailey, Bill (Debbie) Bailey, Rhonda (the late Keith) Pennington, Scott Bailey and Terry (Siblyl) Bailey. Dear uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Mark was a family man who enjoyed making everyone smile and laugh where ever he went. We all loved his beautiful smile. Mark was a master Tech guy who was able to fix any computer placed in front of him even blindfolded. He found great peace with in his music. You will be greatly missed and may you rest in peace.
