Mary Therese Whalen, age 92. Beloved wife of the late Gale E. Halley and Richard E. Whalen. Loving mother of Joseph (Ellen) Halley, Paul (Julie dec.) Halley, Michael Halley, Timothy (Pat) Halley, David Halley, and Christopher (Noreen) Halley. Dearest grandmother of Joseph Jr, Zacharia, Matthew (deceased), James (deceased), and Timothy Jr. Beloved great grandmother. Predeased by siblings Joseph (Virginia) Coleman, Bernard Coleman, and Bernadette (Jim) King and survived by sister in law Pat Coleman. Loving aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Our Mom raised six boys, and she was a wonderful task master, but we knew that she loved us dearly. Our mother was a great cook and she put us all through Catholic grade school. Religion and friends were important to her and we are all blessed because of that. Rest in peace, Mom.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, July 31st from 9-10am at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 3602 Bridge Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113. Funeral Mass will be at 10am. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery (W.41st St.), Cleveland, OH.
