Rev. Pedro Juan Gonzalez age 77. Beloved husband for over 52 years of Dianette (nee Ramos) Gonzalez. Loving and devoted father of Raquel (Gamalier) Cirilo and Annette (Juan) Cortes. Cherished grandfather of Kaleb and Christian. Dearest son of Manuel and Mercedes Gonzalez (both deceased). Dear brother of Isabel Lozano, Jose Manuel Gonzalez, Jose Antonio Gonzalez, and Norberto Gonzalez. Dear uncle, cousin, and Pastor to many.
Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on January 1, 1948. He developed in preaching the gospel at the young age of 16. He then worked as the Ambassadors for Christ leadership role in the Ohio section for 4 years. He worked as a youth teacher and Men's ministry leader for two years. He was also the principal of The Bible Institute for 12 years. From 1978-1981, he became the Associate Pastor to Rev. Angel Luis Gonzalez at New Jerusalem in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1982 he became the Senior Pastor at Templo Emmanuel, Assemblies of God in Lorain, Ohio where he led the congregation for 14.5 years and also built a new temple along with his congregants. Currently, he was pastoring at Calvary Church (El Calvario) for the last 28 years. Visitation Friday October 10, 2025 from 4 - 6pm and Home Going Celebration from 7-8:30 at Iglesia El Calvario 2536 West 14th Street, Cleveland Ohio 44113. Funeral Service Saturday at Iglesia El Calvario at 10am. Burial Holy Cross Cemetery.
