Richard C. Swanson, age 75, passed away December 15, 2016. Cherished son of the late Clarence and Pauline (Edward) Stroisch. Loving brother of Robert (Roberta) and the late Edward. Dear uncle and beloved “Raccoon” to all who knew him. After dedicating 3 years of service to the U.S. Army, Richard went on to receive degrees in foreign language, as well as, international business and marketing.
