Sandra "Cindy" Quinones (nee Caraballo). Beloved mother of Janisa DeJesus, Juan G. Quinones and Josue G. Quinones. Loving daughter of Genaro and Sarah Caraballo (both deceased). Dearest sister of Oswaldo Caraballo and Teresa "Teddi" Caraballo. Dear aunt, niece, cousin and friend of many. She was a caring and loving family member.
