Steven L Handsome

the youngest of five children born to the holy union of Daisy

Handsome and the late Edward C. Handsome. In East

Cleveland, Ohio. He quietly departed this life Wednesday, June

24, 2020 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

He accepted Christ at an early age. He was presented to God

at Windmere United Methodist Church, where he was active

during his youth.

He attended and graduated from Shaw High School. He also

attended Cuyahoga Community College, where he acquired

many different skills and talents.

Steven worked a different array of positions for Dr. Robinson,

Dr. Lawrence and worked several years at Ocean Blue

Aquarium.

To know Steven a.k.a “Pretty Franswa” b.k.a. King of East

Cleveland was to love him. Steven had a really good spirit. He

always kept a smile and had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his two sisters: Edwina Handsome and

Virginia Flowers; two brothers: Edward (Boo) Anthony

Handsome and Edward (Barbara) Blakley; one niece Fallon

Flowers; four nephews: Tyrone Crawford, Jeffrey Flowers,

Russell Flowers and Sir Terrance Horton; three great nieces:

Royale’, Jhene and Jasmine; there aunts: Hazel Miller, Doylean

Leaks and Ernestine Moore; three uncles: Willie Leaks, Leotis

Leaks and Alvin Leaks; two best friends: Crystal Leegrand and

Terrance (Fat Boy) Horton; and a host of cousins and friends
