Teresa R. Freeman age 57. Beloved wife of Dennis Grahm. Loving mother of Heather, Tiffany, Miranda, Melissa, Brie and Ronald (deceased). Dear step mother of Charles, Michael, Denise, William and Christina. Dear grandmother and great grandmother of many. Dearest sister of Mark and Fonda. Teresa was a wonderful mother who did the best she could and we are all grateful for that. She will be missed. Visitation Oct. 5th 2022, Wednesday 9-11am at Craciun Berry Funeral Home 7200 Detroit Ave. Cleveland Oh. 44102. Funeral Service at 11am at Funeral Home. Burial Riverside Cemetery.
