With family by his side he was welcomed into this world by his late parents Sandra and Charles Eglise of Madison CT and Porter, Maine.
He was a high school graduate of Daniel Hand High School in Madison CT. , where he was avid football player. He was loved by all of his friends.
He was a Heavy Transport Specialist which allowed him to travel and explore all around the United States.
He was a beloved husband to Donna Lynn Brazee-Eglise. They made their home in Clinton, CT. A devoted father to Amber Lyn Eglise “Aj lyn” and Ashley Marie Eglise “bub” of Clinton, CT. He was grandfather “pop pop” to Bryson Lee Wenderlein “boo” and soon to be welcomed into this world Isabella Marie Wenderlein. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews, and many friends who will miss his funny, sarcastic personality.
A calling hour will be held on Saturday March 17th from 11am- noon at Swan Funeral Home, 80 E. Main St., Clinton, followed by a memorial service that will begin at noon at the funeral home. Following the memorial service there will be a reception to honor David's life at the Lutheran Church of Madison, 9 Britton Lane, Madison.
