I always considered Bill a mentor. I looked up to him with admiration and he became a model for the man I wanted to become. When I was young I told myself I would be just like him. He taught me self reliance and self respect. In Boy Scouts he gave me the skills and confidence I needed not only in outdoors activities, bit in life as well. I will miss you dearly Bill. 
I will never forget the lessons you taught me and will pass them down to the next generation. Your spirit will live on.

You helped shaped the lives of many young men into the great people they have become. 

I will never be able to forget you.

My deepest condolences to the Mcavoy Family whom I always considered an extension of my own.
