Andrew Taylor Poteet

He was born in Palm Harbor, Florida on January 7, 1988. Andrew grew up in Lexington, Kentucky where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. He was a member of the I.B.E.W Local 17 of Southfield, Michigan and worked as an apprentice lineman for LeCom Utilities of Warren, Michigan.

Andrew enjoyed all sports, especially UK Wildcats and the Detroit Lions. He loved the outdoors, golfing, and kayaking; and indoor sports such as bowling, dards, and video games.

Andrew is survived by two children, Kylie Nicole and Landon Taylor; mother Katherine Kamber; step-father Kenneth Kamber; father Donald Poteet; brother Matthew Poteet; half-sister Sarah Poteet Denae; step-sisters Alison Kamber Isler and Emily Kamber; girlfriend Catherine Adray; and many aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.

Services will be held at 12:30pm on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, 3421 Harrodsburg Rd., Lexington, Kentucky. Visitation from 11:00am until time of service.
