Cynthia Ann Shaw, born in Detroit on December 12, 1959, died September 7, 2025, in Clinton Twp. She was 65 years old. Beloved wife of Peter for 30 years. Daughter of William and Barbara (D 2014) Kirkland. Sister of Michael, James (D 2023), William Eric (Bo), Kenneth (Red). Aunt of Brandy, Julie, Danny, Andrea, Todd, Steven, James, and Erika.
Cindy worked in the finance and banking industry since attending East Detroit High School. She retired from her career in 2015.
While living on a small farm in Livingston County, Cindy always had cherished pets by her side. She was a certified master Gardner and had a beautiful garden with her own She Shed. She was an active quilter and stain glass hobbyist showing her artistic side.
Cindy was warm and welcoming. She created many lifelong friends, the longest being her cherished bestie, Dianne McDonald.

A visitation for Cindy will be held Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Road in Clinton Township. A funeral service will occur Monday, September 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Friends may visit the funeral home on Monday beginning at 10:00 AM.
