Hi Auntie, here it is one year since you were here with us. I miss you with all my heart. I miss our nightly phone call. To my dear cousins Blaise and Carol, Your mom loved you both so much. She worried about Blaise's health. To you Carol, she worried that you worked so hard to help and care for Blaise, Lacie and her family, and your mom when she was alive.  She loved your mom and was so happy when she was able to bring a little happiness and comfort to her. You and Blaise have another very special angel in heaven watching over you both. My Aunt Liz was so much to me. She was my dear aunt, my confirmation sponsor, my friend, and my pseudo mom. I loved her so much. She always had a smile for me and she was such a kind loving person. She cared for her family, friends, and people she didn't know. I know that she is with God and her family in heaven. She loved God above all things on earth. She also loved St. Anthony. I bought her a very large picture of him and she placed next to her chair on the wall. Aunt Liz was just the nicest lady I know. She loved hard and was loved hard. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the most important people in her life along with her nieces and nephews. Good bye my sweetheart until we meet again. I LOVE YOU!!! Aunt Liz will always be remembered as someone that would always make me laugh and put a smile on my face. She will always live on in my heart. Wish I was there to give everyone a hug and kiss. I love and miss you Aunt Liz!

Dear Blaise and Carol,
My heart aches for your loss.  Everyone loved your Mother.  She always wore a smile and was fun to be with.  Her heart was bigger than Texas and I have never known anyone who worked harder than Aunt Liz.  Her love for you and her entire family was strong and deep.
