Helen Mary Benson

Beloved wife of the late Raymond Benson; adored mother of Michael (Evelyn) Szymanski and Andrew (Theresa) Szymanski; cherished grandmother of Melodee (Derek) Chinoski, John ( Kelly ) Szymanski, James (Amy) Szymanski, and Meghan (Chris) Bielecki; proud great-grandmother of Emily, Katherine, Mitchell, Saxon, Birdie, Allyson, Ryan, Chloe, and Maxwell; dear sister of the late Chester Maslanka, the late Mitchell Pawlowski, the late Leo Pawlowski, the late Phil Pawlowski, and the late John Pawlowski; Helen is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Helen was born on September 27, 1926 in Detroit to the late Felix and Mary Pawlowski. The family will greet friends from 2:00 PM- 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 30 at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp. Funeral Service will be held at 9:30 AM on Monday, May 1 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Rd., Sterling Heights, MI 48313. In State from 9:00 AM until time of service. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery.
