Hubert P. Cook age 70, passed away on August 20, 2012. Loving husband of Sherryl and the late Beverly. Dearest father of Colleen (Paul) Ott, Kristen Cook, James Baker, Alyssa Olenjack, Michael Yamin and Tamara Yamin. Grandfather of Paul, Rachael, Vinnie and Andrew. Also survived by brother Bernard (Maryann) Cook.
