Karl R. McGuffin, age 77, passed away November 24, 2014. Loving husband to Ann McGuffin; dear father to Karl McGuffin, Jr., Kenneth McGuffin, David (Theresa) McGuffin, and Patricia (Robert) Stolzenfeld; beloved grandpa to Christopher McGuffin, Kenneth McGuffin, Jr., Brad McGuffin, Hillary McGuffin, Sara McGuffin, Julie McGuffin, Sean McGuffin, Timothy Stolzenfeld, Kevin Stolzenfeld, and Katy Stolzenfeld; great-grandpa to 10; and cherished brother to James (Terry) McGuffin, Jack McGuffin, and the late Joanne Krawiec. Ken was a MP in the U. S. Army. He retired from American General Insurance Company; and he was a former member of the Elks Lodge and he enjoyed ushering at the Fox Theater and the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts. Visitation will be held 3-9 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2014 at Resurrection Funeral Home, 40800 Hayes, Clinton Twp., MI. A funeral mass will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 29, 2014 at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 12509 19 Mile Rd., Sterling Heights, MI.
