She was born September 1st 1934 in Lac Saint Anne, Alberta, Canada to Isidore and Mary. She married her life partner William on September 26th, 1959 who preceded her in death in 2016. As a couple, they settled down in East Detroit, Michigan to raise 3 boys.
Lucille is the loving and devoted mother of William F. (Christine) Lamere, Paul B. Lamere, and Kenneth J. Lamere; devoted grandmother of Chase and Nolan; and dear sister of Hugh, Joe, Lloyd, Len, Sue, Muriel, Bob, Irvin, Pauline and George.
For many years Lucille worked at a daycare center for it suited her love of children and protective loving nature. One of her greatest joys in life was watching, with William, the Detroit Tigers, TV Shows “Gunsmoke” and “The Andy Griffith Show”.
In Heaven, Lucille has been acknowledged and admitted into the “Greatest Mothers Hall of Fame” and will join William who is a member of the “Greatest Fathers Hall of Fame”.
The family will be celebrating Lucille’s life at a later date.
Family and friends will cherish Lucille’s memory forever.
