Mia Grace Fountain

Mia Fountain, aged 16, of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, passed away peacefully on April 1, surrounded by those who loved her dearly! While our hearts are heavy, we celebrate a life lived!

Born in Warren, Michigan, Mia was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend. Her contagious laugh, her beautiful blue eyes and her warm smile brought a unique light to every room. She had made such an impact on everyone who knew her. She was known for her funny, goofy personality and her caring, compassionate nature. She was a student at Lakeview High School, where she formed meaningful relationships and made lasting memories.

Mia found great happiness at the beach, in the water, or in nature, where she found the most peace. She shared a special meaningful bond with her boyfriend, Zack, in the time they’ve spent creating many memories.

Mia’s spirit lives on through her parents Jackie and Darren Stephens, Richard Kaczynski and Jill Ricucci. Amongst a generous number of siblings, family and friends, who shared the same love for Mia.

Though her time here was far too short, Mia’s light will continue to shine in the hearts of those who loved and knew her. May she rest in eternal peace, embraced by God’s grace, and surrounded with everlasting love.

Visitation will be held at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd., Clinton Township, Michigan 48035, on April 9, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
