You are always in my heart and I miss you every day. I adore you, always have, always will

I moved away from Michigan over a year ago and found out last night after reconnecting with a close friend that our beloved Nino passed away almost a year ago.  My heart sank and tears came to my eyes immediately.  Whether it was on the job or asking about my mother, he was always there with a smile and a hug.  I will miss him dearly...my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and colleagues.

Not a day goes by where I don't think about you, the world is a much emptier and lonely place without you in it. Your smile could light up a dark night. I truly miss you my dear, sweet friend

A fellow coach just gave me the sad news of his passing. When Farmington Hills Ice Arena had their first ice show, as a skating coach & director I hired him to do the lighting for our show. He gave me all I needed to have 5 wonderful ice shows plus 2 more at Hartland. He taught my 2 boys at the young ages of 12 and 10 what a work ethic was all about. This has carried on to inspire on oldest to start his own company with brother working close at hand. He was the most postitive, caring person I've ever come in contact with and it showed in his love for his family and friends. I am deeply sorry to hear this 3 months later and I pray that the dear Lord will give his wife and children the strength to carry on without him. He touched so many lives in his words and good deeds. He will be truely missed... RIP Nino, and know that those who knew you will miss having that positive outlook on life missing,but hopefully it has made a huge impact on how they will direct their path. My sincere sympathy to his wife and family and may you all succeed in your dreams keeping the beautiful memories of a man who had it all!

I worked for Nino and Vic a long time ago. We shared a lot of good times. Nino was a big influence in my life. I haven't seen him in many years, nevertheless, he will be sadly missed.

Thanks for bailing me out of jail buddy. Twice.

I am deeply saddened when I heard that Nino had passed away.  I enjoyed working with Nino and his team on hundreds of events over the past decade.  He always took the time to say hello and to ask how everything was.  I'm sorry that I didn't get to say goodbye Nino. But I am very grateful that I had the chance to say hello to you every time we worked together.

I just read about Niño"s passing. I knew Niño when he worked with me doing sound.in the W.D. Lowe cafeteria radio station. Niño was a great guy, he could wire up anything even back then. I saw him during the a Windsor Light show, he will be missed, my condolences.

There will be a mass for Nino on Tuesday January 15th at 7:00 p.m. at Assumption Church in Windsor at 350 Huron Church Road.

The world has lost a great talent with the passing of Nino. His smile lit up a room and his generous spirit and kind heart will be missed by so many people. God Bless You sweet Nino, I will always adore you.

I have known Nino for the last 25 years or so and he was always the perfect gentleman. The word no was never in his vocabulary.

So sorry to hear of Nino's passing.  I knew him briefly when he had the dream of Band Ayd.  I am so pleased to learn of his marriage, children and business life turned out to be what he dreamed of.  God Bless and strength to the family.

Condolence to the De Benedetti Family, I was very saddened to hear of the loss of your husband, father, son, brother and friend to many. My memory of Nino goes back to the early days of starting his band Ciaro. Nino was charismatic, and a doer, he always had to time to help. May the joys of your memories with Nino help you through this difficult period. Know that your family will be in our prayers.

Nino always told me you didnt have to talk to someone everyday to prove you were good friends. Now I understand. He was such an amazing man. I am a better person for knowing him. The world is a better place because of him. Nino's legacy will live on forever through his beautiful wife Susan, and their six children. Reading through the many wonderful memory messages, I really feel how deeply Nino impacted those lucky enough to have known him. A favorite memory of mine will always be Christmas of 2004 ... Nino and Susan working long hours together to pull off a wonderful, magical production of THE POLAR EXPRESS - St. Michael's style! Our youth group was so blessed to have Susan as a chaperone and Brandy go with us to WYD 2005 ~ all with Nino's loving support! Truly his family meant everything to Nino. Now our heavenly Father has called him home and though we can't understand why, we know he will live on in the cherished memories of all who knew and loved him. Susan and family, my heart is heavy and I'm sending prayers across the miles that the Blessed Virgin Mary will intercede for you all to her son Jesus Christ to bring you peace and consolation.May perpetual light shine upon Nino now and forever, Amen.

I am very saddened to learn of the passing of Nino.  Nino was a great friend to me when I moved to Windsor in 1985.  I have many fond memories of Nino when we were both young engineers at Kelsey-Hayes, participating in Band-Ayd Systems events and as we each entered married life. The best thing about working at Band Ayd was that there was always a party.  Even though he was the boss, Nino always made sure that we had fun while we worked, but he was no pushover.  Nino always let you know if you were being an idiot.  His brutal honesty made him special.  good-bye old friend.

A truly remarkable individual! My wife and I first met Nino in 1979 when we were remodelling a house next door. From day one, Nino always found the time to assist us in many ways, never asking for anything in return. We will always cherish the friendship that we gained with Joe, Rose,  Vic and Nino. 
Nino will be sadly missed by many people and our prayers go out to the entire family, but his constant smile and friendship will always be there!

Your husband and dad was a very, very special man.  Without question, Nino had more patience than anyone I've ever known. He was always genuine to the core and loved his family more than anything. That, I knew that for sure.  Nino and I worked together on many projects like the Rib 'n Chicken Cookoff.  I remember when we did the festival in 1992.  Whatever could go wrong, did go wrong.  But, your dad stayed so calm and bent over backwards to help me and my family throught it.  Loyal to the bone.  When he told me he was sick, my heart just dropped.  Hearing of his passing just makes me so, so sad for all of you.  Try to take comfort in this thought.  Being  devastated by the loss of your husband and father, is okay. It's actually a good thing.  It's a testiment that the relationship and love you had for each other was so true and deep.  From that perspective, you were lucky. You got to be Nino's wife and kids for many, many years. And, Iknow Nino was proud and humbled that he got to be your husband and father.  You were all blessed by being the family that you are.  I know I was, becasue he was my friend.
I will never forget him. Carry on as Nino would want you to...Take care of each other.

To everyone that knows Nino. We truly were lucky to have someone like him in our lives. This is a very sad time but my tears turn to laughter when I think of the good times I shared with him. He brought me under his wing with no job and taught me a lot of things. Not only in work but in life. I needed a person in my life like him at that time to help me sort things out. He,d smile and say come into the office and lets talk. This man had a million things going on but took time out for me as a friend. I,ll never forget you Nino. In 1985 I was coming home from playing, it was 2:00am in the morning and I got a flat tire on the highway, not having a spare tire I was in a bad situation but I had a friend named Nino. What kind of person comes out at 2:00am in the morning, on a dark highway, with a smile on his face? an extremely special person. Even though it has been several years since we last spoke, I will never forget the times we spent together. I was blessed to have known you.

Nino was my best friend growing up.  We were neighbours on Howard Ave.  I have thought of him often.  I was trying to find the picture I have of him and I on halloween, we were batman and robin.  He was batman of course! To Vic, Rose and Joe, you were great neighbours for me and I think of all of you often, I am so very sorry for your loss. Windsor and Detroit music lost a legend.  The great big gig in the sky has inherited a genius!  I sure hope God has stocked up his inventory of production equipment.  Nino will be greatly missed.
