Sigi was a proud first generation American who loved the USA. He was a quiet, gentle soul who loved his family with all his heart. He also enjoyed working hard at every point in his life, whether tool and die making, piano tuning and rebuilding, or woodworking. Sigi shared his woodworking creations with others and that brought him much joy. He looked forward to summers at Glen Lake with family and friends, relaxing with sailing, reading, and woodworking.
Sigi loved the Lord and trusted Jesus Christ for salvation. He lived his life understanding that eternal life is his. His family is happy to know that heaven is real and today he is more alive than ever.
Sigi is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Shirley; their children, Michael (Amy) Bossner, Julie (the late Scott) Lewis; grandchildren, Hannah Bossner, Michael Bossner, Noah Bossner, Anna (Collin) Diver, Grace (Bernard) Henderson; siblings, Anita Schuelke, Gisela Beier; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Sigi will be Wednesday, November 30th from 10am until a Noon Funeral service at Kaul Funeral Home, 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035.
