Wilhelm "William" Alfonz Born

William worked for General Motors at the Tech Center for 33 years before retiring in 1996. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening and traveling back home to Germany. William was a member for over 50 years of the Kolping Society.

William is survived by his children, Chris (Sherry) Born, Erik (Donna) Born, Stephan (Tammy) Born, Jennifer (Patrick) O'Quinn, and grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Corey, Kelsey, Ashley, Matthew, Corinna. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Brigitte Born.

A visitation will be held at Kaul Funeral Home, located at 35201 Garfield Rd, Clinton Township, MI 48035, on January 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
