So sorry to learn of your mom’s passing , Paula. You and your family have always been part of “my roots” growing up.  Matter of fact, I found out she passed while trying to find a way to contact you to wish you a happy birthday, as I always remember it. I will say a prayer for you as I know today will be extra difficult for you....The friendships of our childhood really set our foundation which becomes more evident as we grow. It was such a shock to hear of the passing of your Mom. We are so saddened, and surprised, since it seems like we had recently ran into her.  Yvonne and Don were some of the nicest folks, that we enjoyed many happy times with, back in the day!  They are reunited together in the afterlife, with the creator, where there is no pain or suffering.

Aunt Yvonne was always such an amazing and caring person! She treated me like I was one of her own children and I love her dearly!

I bowled with her, Jack, and my mother for a handful of years and love the memories we made together during that time.  Love you Aunt Yvonne, you will be missed.

Darren, Paula, and Dave  Heaven has gained an angel!  But such a loss here on earth!  She was the dearest person I’ve had the pleasure to know besides being a relative!  Many great memories of past years when your family would make the annual Fourth of July visit !  My dad loved her so much !  She was like a sister to him and an Aunt to me and my siblings! I really enjoyed the past few years getting to know Yvonne. I will miss her.

Paula, Darren and Dave, you know how much we will miss our dear Yvonne.  You have taken such care of your mom, always by her side.  My relationship started back when we met in our young teens through Carol and the 4 of us (Mom, Violet, Carol and myself) maintained that friendship all these years.  Gasper and I will miss her  and her beautiful smile. I can't believe 3 of my lifelong friends are gone.  Yvonne, we know you are happy to be reunited with Don in Heaven.  We love you.  Darlene

A beautiful soul beyond words she was my neighbor of 50 years we would always sit and chat great memories we shared I will always remember every holiday she would decorate her front house window. I'm really gonna miss her a great friend indeed.
