Angelina Schiappi

Angie lived a full and beautiful life. She was known for her selfless heart, her humor, and her gift for “chisme,” which kept everyone laughing. At the age of 18, she proudly served as a Rosie the Riveter, contributing her strength and spirit during a pivotal time in history. She later dedicated 60 years to supporting her husband’s business, a true partner in both life and work.

As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she gave her life to her family. Her love was unconditional and deeply felt, touching the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 75 years, Vincent Schiappi; and her older sister Connie Gomez; her children: Vince Schiappi Jr. and his wife Angela; Becky Patteson and her husband Doug; David Schiappi and his partner Suzie; and Paula Rabbitt and her husband Jeff. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jeanette Murphy and her husband Keith; Mia Schiappi; Allison Patteson and her partner Patrick; Megan Lewis and her partner Kassidy; James Patteson and his wife Nicole; Malena Savell and her partner Josh; Charisma Rabbitt and her partner Amanda; Kanon Rabbitt; Sarah Schiappi; Keldan Rabbitt; Caris Rabbitt; and Kingston Rabbitt; and her great-grandchildren: Carter Patteson, Reagan Patteson, Angelina McGinnis, Dominic Lewis, Truly Lewis, Jude Lewis, Coleman Stout, and Juniper Stout.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Fernanda; and her siblings, Alice, Ernie, Gloria, Alfred Jr., Jerry, and Dora.

A service to honor her life will be held on Thursday, April 16, at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, with a graveside service to follow. Flowers may be sent to Boice Funeral Home 308 Pollasky Ave. Clovis Ca. 93612
