LTC Frank Robert Hervatine, age 71, of Prather, California entered into rest on Thursday November 29, 2018. Frank was born April 22, 1947 in West Virginia.

Frank is survived by his wife, Sandra Kowallis Hervatine; daughter Sherry Nolen; and son-in-law Michael Nolen.

A Celebration of Life for Frank will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the CA. Air National Guard Base Dining Hall, 144th Fighter Wing, 5323 E. McKinley Avenue, Fresno, California 93727.
