James “Jim” R. Wallace, 82, was born on July 3, 1943, in San Jose, California, and entered into rest on April 1, 2026. He resided in Clovis, California. Jim will be remembered with deep respect and affection for the steady loyalty he showed to those he loved, and for the thoughtful way he carried himself through life—quietly attentive, dependable, and devoted to home and family.
Jim took great pride in his yard work, tending to it with care and precision. In the order and beauty he maintained outdoors, friends and family saw the same considerate spirit that marked his days: a man who valued doing things well, and who found meaning in the simple, lasting work of looking after what had been entrusted to him.
Jim is survived by his wife, Nancy Wallace; his daughter, Kendra Wallace (Jason Wright); his son, Jason Wallace; and his grandchild, Ryelin Wright.
A Graveside Committal Service will be held at Clovis Cemetery, 305 North Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612, on April 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
