Janice C. Wood
Janice was born on April 24, 1923 in San Joaquin, California to Charles and Hazel Case. She was a devoted wife and mother. Janice was a teacher for Clovis Unified for 23 years. She loved to take her children and the neighborhood kids on field trips. In her later years, Janice did volunteer work and loved to travel. Janice passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on January 24, 2017.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Wood.
Janice is survived by her children; Robert Wood, Jane Capelli and husband Steve, Michael Wood, Marice Todd, and Michelle West and husband Robert. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Clovis Cemetery on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
