Joe H. Bell, age 79, of Fresno, California passed away on Monday July 29, 2019. Joe was born September 14, 1939 in Boswell, Oklahoma.

Joe is survived by his; daughter Pam Proctor; son-in-law Chris Proctor; son Rick Bell; and daughter-in-law Jessica Bell; brother Wendell Bell and sister-in-law Vicki Bell; granddaughter Jennifer Proctor, grandson R.J. Bell, granddaughter-in-law Vanessa Bell, grandson Aaron Bell and granddaughter-in-law Kayla Bell.

A Memorial Service for Joe will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m at Clovis Veterans Memorial Building, 808 Fourth Street, Clovis, California 93612.
