Katherine Pauline Deutinger

be with our Lord, just missing her ninetieth birthday by three days.

Mom was born, Katherine Pauline Robinson, on November 28, 1926, to

Edward and Orpha Robinson in Murphysboro, IL. One of eight children.

She proudly served her country as an airplane mechanic for the United

States Navy during World War II, beginning at the age of 16! She married

our father, Charles S. Deutinger, on November 27, 1948, whom she had

met during her time in the Navy. They called each other Poncho and

Peanut, Till the End of Time...

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Clay Deutinger; and

eight of her siblings.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Deutinger; three of her four children,

Cathy Adams of Prather, CA, Stephen Deutinger of Clovis, CA, and

Mark Deutinger of Sanger, CA; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;

and her brother, Donald Robinson of Marion, IL.

Mom's Celebration of Life will be held at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District

located at 808 4th Street Clovis, CA 93612, Saturday March 25, 2017 at 11:30.

Memories of her will live on in our hearts forever!
