My condolences to her family, the Pena's. Mary lived most of her life in California. However her first twenty-five  plus years were spent with her root family, the DeClercq's in Chicago and DesPlaines, IL.  She and Mom, Emma and brother,  Jerry were always close.   Mary and I stayed close mostly by phone over the years. I miss her now and always will. I thank all the friends who have sent Sympathy and Mass cards.  God Bless.

I remember Mary coming into our Fitness Center, not so much to workout but for the social interactions and to read the newspaper.   She loved to talk about the current events with the staff.  We were like a second family to her.  She will be missed.
