Perfecto Viernes Velasco, age 86, of Clovis, California entered into rest on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Perfecto was born April 27, 1936 in Isabela, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Philippines.

Perfecto is survived by his wife, Norma Velasco; his daughter Vanessa Leyson (John Nicholas Leyson); his daughter Aimee Manoto; his daughter Vachel Gay Paller (Victor); and his son Norman Velasco (Roces); his brother Jose Velasco Jr. (Teresita), his sister Crescencia Taccad and his sister Lolita Calip; his grandchild Malaya Paller, his grandchild Talna Paller, his grandchild Micah Manoto, his grandchild Caleb Velasco, his grandchild Ron Joshua Velasco, his grandchild Gid Renzo Manoto and his grandchild Miguel Paller.
