Persy is survived by his wife, Elinor Sellers; son Randall LeRoy Sellers; son Donald William Sellers (Dr. Shelia Marie White); daughter Jane Arlene Sellers (Neil Edward Bretz); and son Vernon Kenneth Sellers.
