Richard Merritt Phillips, age 76, of Clovis, California entered into rest on Sunday, June 4, 2023. Richard was born in Bangor, Maine.

Richard is survived by his wife, Victoria A. Phillips; his daughter Jennifer Lynn Phillips; his son Michael Richard Phillips; and his daughter Melinda Jean Phillips; his brother Roland Leslie Phillips Jr.; his grandchild Madigan Shea McCarty and his grandchild Shaunasy Breen McCarty.
