Sam is survived by; daughter Mai Thi Hèn; son Dam Mai; daughter Mai Thi Hong; daughter Mai Thi Ha; daughter Mai Thi Hoan; daughter Mai Thi Huong; daughter Mai Thi Nhan; and son Mai Van Thang; brother Mai Can. Sam will also be lovingly remembered by his 29 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and his 1 great-great-grandchild.
Sam was preceded in death by his wife Lon Phan.
A Public Visitation for Sam will be held Monday, August 19, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
A Traditional Vietnamese Chapel Services will occur Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., 308 Pollasky Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
A Committal Service will occur Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 1:45 p.m. at Clovis Cemetery, 305 N Villa Avenue, Clovis, California 93612.
