Emeril was born on May 29, 2000 to Ms. Lucille J. Burton and Mr. Gabriel Rubio in Lake Jackson, Texas. He graduated from Brazos Success Academy in 2019.
Anyone who knew Emeril, knew that he was a beautiful person, with a giving nature, and a heart of gold. He loved to sing and dance and have intelligent conversation. He had a deep love for his family and extended family. He will deeply missed.
Our family was not expecting the loss of Emeril or for his life to be cut so short so soon. We are devastated by this loss and will feel the absence of Emeril forever. He was the sweetest/kindest/most loving soul and a joy to be around. He will be forever missed.
Emeril was predeceased by Mr. Gabriel Rubio, Mr. Donald Burton, and Mr. Leonides (LJ) Flores. He is survived by his mother, Ms. Lucille Burton, his brothers, Mr. Matthew (& Angeline) Rubio, Mr. Sebastian Rubio, nieces, Evelynn and Superior Rubio, grandmothers, Mrs. Minerva Burton & Mrs. Flor Montes, and many cousins, aunts and uncles.
