Val Roy Cervenka, age 58, of Brazoria, Texas passed away peacefully on September 4, 2013 at 2:52 pm at Brazoria Regional Medical Center. He leaves behind his fiancé and forever love Janie Tapia; two children, Joseph Cervenka and his wife Misty, Josh Cervenka and his wife Susan; three grandchildren, Ashton Cervenka, Atley Cervenka, and Bodie Cervenka; brother, Dean Cervenka and his wife Cynthia and sister, Michelle Cook and husband Dusty. Val Cervenka was born September 17, 1954 in Anniston, Alabama to Doris and Lee Roy Cervenka. He grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas and had worked with the SI Group for over 20 years. He was known by close friends and family as Daddy Val. Val had several loves in his life including his family, antiques/history, and hunting/fishing.
