

Wesley Carlton Hart, of Deer Park, Texas was born, Tuesday, November 30, 1937 in Refugio, Texas to Frank C. and Velma E. Wolfe Hart and died Friday, September 30, 2011, in Deer Park, Texas at the age of 73 years and 10 months. Wesley and his family moved to the Freeport area in 1950. Wesley was retired from the United States Army, serving for 20 ½ years, retiring in 1974. During his time in the Army he served 3 tours in Vietnam. He worked as an electrician and a chef. He loved John Wayne and Elvis Presley movies. He enjoyed fishing, music, especially Hank Williams, Sr.’s gospel song “I Saw the Light”. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Betty Hart; sister, Ina Faye Frizzell; brother, Lewis C. Hart; niece, Erica M. Sturgill and a nephew, Christopher Frizzell. He is survived by his sons, Wes Hart and his wife, Kelly, Tim E. Hart and his wife, Katrina; daughter, Leslie Mullins and her husband, Michael; brothers, James F. Hart, Dale M. Hart; sister, Eugenia G. McKenzie; grandchildren, Logan Sparks, Gage Hart, Morgan Hart, Colton Hart, Kamryn Hart, Tabitha Schrock and her husband, Mark, Mellissa Crites and her husband, Dannie; great grandchildren, Amber Schrock, MaryAshley Schrock, Madison Schrock, Catherine Crites, Emalee Crites; nieces and nephews, Melissa R. Renick, Leah N. Treesh, Amanda McKenzie, Katheryn Dees, Sherry Lanell Hart, Perry Wayne Hart, Christopher D. Hart, Matthew D. Dees, Christopher S. Dees, Jimmy D. Hart, Samuel Hart, Christopher Hart and Joel McKenzie.
