William Carroll Munn

Bill was an artist and master craftsman; he was a skilled woodworker and built beautiful cabinets. He was an entrepreneur and owned and operated many diverse small businesses in his long career; from a convenience store to a psychologist, to working in Real Estate – both in sales and in development. He worked for many years with MD Anderson and Hermann Memorial as a Master Carpenter.

Bill loved to live life to the fullest, and loved to loudly play classic rock (ZZ Top among his favorites), go on cruises, travel, and spend time with his family and friends. He was very skilled at the game of pool, playing in championships locally and statewide – and for several years he was among the top 3 ranked pool players in Texas.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, William Munn.

Bill is survived by his son, Michael Munn; his mother, Mary Munn; his sister, Kathy Broadway; special nephew Heath Broadway; and many other special friends and relatives.

A funeral service will be held on Monday January 18 2016 at 1pm at Restwood Funeral Home. A private inurnment will take place at a later date.
