Born on August 8, 1931 in Milford, Nebraska to Claude and Icis Sehnert, Dale was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Marjorie, in June 2016. After service in the Air Force during the Korean War, Dale joined IBM, and was a part of the launch support teams for the Gemini and Apollo programs. After his retirement from IBM, Dale and Marge traveled extensively, and he enjoyed woodworking and gardening as long as his health allowed.
Dale is survived by son Steven Sehnert of Katy, Texas, daughter Pamela Sehnert of Winter Park, Florida, sister Marilyn Anderson of Merritt Island, Florida, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, December 11th, at 2:00 pm at Brevard Memorial Park in Cocoa, FL.
