Karen Schaefer - Melbourne - Karen (Karnetsky) Schaefer, 55, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Holmes Regional. She is survived by her daughter Amber 18; her brothers, Keith, Kris (Erin), Kerry (Mary), and Kenny (Michelle). She was predeceased by her husband Michael, brother, Kevin, and parents Henry and Mary Karnetsky. She was a Medical Assistant, a volunteer ambulance driver, and a paramedic. Her hobbies included reading and bowling. She enjoyed many activities with Amber including Girl Scouts. Karen joined her husband, Michael, in heaven
