Lucille was born and raised in Jacksonville and moved to Brevard County in 1961. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church since 1965.
She was a volunteer with Grey Ladies, Meals on Wheels and many other organizations.
Preceded in death by her husband Walter “Earl” Melvin, 2 sons and her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her daughters Carla Wightman and Janice Rouse; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Graveside service will be on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 11:00 at Brevard Memorial Park, Cocoa, FL.
