Dee was born in Jasper, Alabama on March 10, 1935 to her parents Arthur Otis Kemp and Delara Vick Kemp.
She was a former Sales Associate with Alarm Guard.
Dee is survived by her son Robert Dale Faught (Frances) of Elkton, Tennessee; daughter TyJuana Maria Franks (Paul) of Cocoa, Florida; son Bryan William Strob (Angela) of Lafayette, Tennessee; grandchildren Ryan D. Burns, Shawn A. Burns (Crystal), Jennifer M. Mulac (Dustin), Melissa Carter, Steven Faught, Ashland Strob, Josh Strob; and numerous great grandchildren

Calling hours for Dee are 1-2PM Wednesday November 27, 2013 followed by services at 2PM, at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 N. U.S. 1, Cocoa, Florida 32926. Entombment will take place at Brevard Memorial Park, Cocoa, Florida.
