Demetrius is survived by his mother, Dorice Dovine Pyles; his sister and brother in-law Dedrah Pyles-Faraday and Christopher David Faraday; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.He was preceded in death by his father, Kaiser Lewis Pyles.
Demetrius was born in Atlanta, Georgia June 24th, 1970 to Kaiser Lewis Pyles and Dorice Dovine Pyles. He graduated Woodland High School; East Point, Georgia and continued his education at Tuskegee University; Tuskegee, Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. His extracurricular interest was singing with the Tuskegee University Golden Voices Choir and traveling with the Tuskegee Gospel Ensemble during the late 80’s early 90’s while attending Tuskegee University.
As a talented musician Demetrius often used his vocal talents outside his educational career by performing at various events throughout Georgia, Alabama, and Denver.
He worked as a seasonal tax accountant for H&R Block for over 15 years before opening his own tax accounting company.Demetrius was a devoted son, brother and friend to all. He enjoyed music, singing, reading, traveling, laughing and spending time with his family. He was a spiritual man and dedicated himself to Christ at an early age. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.
