Black Rider attended D H Stanton Elem. and L J Price High both of which are Atlanta Public Schools. After high school Rider was determined to live life on his own terms. Despite the disapproval of those who feared to do the same. He was not one to meet a stranger. Rider would hold a conversation with anyone he encountered. With that being said Black Rider was well known in his community and to have known him you had to love him.
Rider leaves to cherish his memory Michael Dixon (brother), Carolyn Dixon Winder (sister), Anthony Winder (brother in law), Tynesha D. Smith and Angelique Reddick (nieces), Delantie Peterson and Melvin Collins Jr.(nephews). A very special daughter in love Ms. Consuela Williams and a host of relatives and friends.
