A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, September 13, 2024 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Dr. Bill Tharp Jr. will be officiating.
Debbie was born January 12, 1952 in Bryan the daughter of Bill Sr. and Bernice (Lobello) Tharp. She was a Christian woman and a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Kevin O’Neill.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Rick O’Neill of College Station, son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Nora Wagner of San Antonio; daughters and sons-in-law, Nikki and Jose Almaraz of Caldwell, and Jennifer and Wade McAlpine of Round Rock; brother and sister-in-law, Bill Jr. and Frances Tharp of Tomball; sister, Susan Boykin of College Station; grandchildren, Kelsey O'Neill, Fernando Cardenas, Andrea Cardenas, Emilio Cardenas, Ever O'Neill, Abby McAlpine, Alec Johnson, Chris Johnson, Colin Johnson, Nicholas Johnson, Barrett McAlpine, Elisabeth Almaraz, and Sophia Wagner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Brazos Valley.
