

Lillie Annie Geneva Siebel Dunham, 93, of College Station, passed away August 4, 2014 at the Hospice Brazos Valley Inpatient Facility in Bryan. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. A funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in College Station. A committal service will be at 1:00 P.M., at the Carmine Cemetery in Carmine, Texas.
Lillie was born January 31, 1921 in Carmine, Texas the daughter of Lonnie Walter and Mary L. (Fuchs) Siebel. She attended the Brackenridge Hospital School of Nursing in Austin, Texas, where she obtained her certificate of Professional Registered Nurse. Lillie was a lifelong Lutheran and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Baytown, Texas until moving to College Station where she joined Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. She was active in the various Lutheran Women’s organizations and a member of the Association of Operation Room Nurses.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orval E. Dunham; a brother Nathan; and a sister Lucile.
Survivors include her children, Jimmy Dunham & his wife Cyndi of College Station, Johnny Dunham & his wife Becky of Manvel, Cynthia Dunham Comley & her husband Rick of College Station; Barbara Dunham Kuntz Ashby & her husband Kent of Galveston; brother, Lonnie Siebel & his wife Dorothy; sister, Maryem Holt; ten grandchildren, Shanna Geissen & her husband Gaschen, Rachel Tatum & her husband Travis, James Dunham, Jonathan Dunham & his wife Tonia, Bethany Comley, Michael Kuntz, Geoffrey Comley & his wife Kristle, Matthew Kuntz, Makenzie Kuntz, and Kelli Pal & her husband Jeff; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Hospice Brazos Valley, Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in College Station, Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Carmine, Texas, Reedemer Lutheran Church in Baytown, Texas or the charity of your choice.
