Ashley Anne Morgan

Ashley (Ashli) Anne Morgan, 26, and Lorelei Karen Cotter, 4, of Roanoke, were called to heaven, Saturday, April 9 2016. Ashli was born in Grapevine on March 1, 1990, to Gordon Morgan Jr. and Susan Morgan. She was a highly respected driven and loyal manager at First American Financial Corporation in Westlake, Texas. Ashli and her significant other, Nick Cotter, were happily together for 11 memorable years. They were each other’s first love. Lorelei was born in Irving on Dec. 12, 2011, to Nick Cotter and Ashli Morgan - they would both comment that she was their greatest accomplishment. Ashli’s career and achieving her goals were extremely important to her because she was so focused on improving the lives of her family and herself. Above all, Ashli’s main priority was to be the best significant other to Nick and the greatest Mom she could be to Lorelei. Lorelei attended Premier Academy in Trophy Club, where she adored her teacher Ms. Laura. Lorelei enjoyed learning especially through “hands on” activities. Her favorite hobbies included swimming, gymnastics and music. Lorelei took great joy in socializing with everyone and never knew a stranger, much like her mom. Lorelei and Ashli’s intoxicating smiles, laughes and charisma brightened and touched the lives of every soul they met. Lorelei is preceded in death by her grandmother, Karen Cotter.
