Betty attended Haltom High School and graduated in 1950. She pursued a career in insurance. She was passionate about bowling and loved taking cruises. She loved Jesus and enjoyed going to church.
Betty is survived by son, David Axon and wife, Linda; daughters, Tracey Hayes and husband, Randy and Pam Blue and husband, Dillard; brother, Jerry Beard; grandchildren, Michael Axon, Payton Fitzgerald, Chase Hayes, Harrison Hayes, Savannah Blue and Dawson Blue; 10 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and many friends. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Joseph Axon, Jr.
